With a background in Marketing and Human Resources Management, Holly has spent her career directing both large and medium scale initiatives, engaging cross-functional teams, and leading projects of varying sizes and budgets. Managing the strategic planning and development process using data and analytics to inform decisions, identify opportunities and best practices, formulate industry benchmarks, and create, improve, and manage initiatives. Holly’s meticulous attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and innovative thinking have made her accomplished in her field.
ERNEST L. STEPHENS II – Founder & CEO
With a background in Engineering and Finance, Ernest began his career as an analyst earning his Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Six Sigma certifications. Ernest is an expert in process improvement and business strategy. As the founder of several successful businesses, Ernest honed his skills in finance, human resources, business development, project management, IT, business intelligence, and administrative divisions. Ernest currently leads advisory boards of financial, legal, and business professionals and manages corporate incubation projects with Fortune 100 companies.
